About
UX Research · Austin
I work across research, strategy, and design on the systems people rely on day to day, and on whether they hold up in real conditions rather than in a demo.
My background is a Master's in Human-Computer Interaction from DePaul, where most of my work sat at the exploratory end: accessibility studies with Blind and Low Vision participants, spatial and AR interface concepts, and behavior-change research. That work usually ends at a prototype or a set of recommendations rather than a shipped product, which is why the case studies here lead with what was found rather than what was launched.
Right now I am a UX research intern at Kriwin, studying how people supervise AI rather than operate it: what happens to attention when a person's job becomes approving a machine's output, and where rubber-stamping and approval fatigue set in. I ran a comparative study of AI documentation workflows that found sharing diagrams as code cut roughly three thousand tokens per visual, and read 36 papers on human-in-the-loop review to work out what was already known.
At DePaul I contributed to accessibility-focused research, running open and systematic coding and helping develop a video content taxonomy for a grant proposal. Before that I interned at Inkprog as the only UX designer, running three redesign rounds for an EdTech platform and checking each one against post-launch analytics, and took on freelance work across mobile and web.
